Do you Fit In?

Hello Fellow Networker!!

I hope everyone is living well and enjoying life! : ) There is something that has been on my mind today and I feel I need to vent it out. You remember when you were a kid and there were several groups of kids that would all hang out together and maybe you were a part of the group or maybe you weren't. Let's say you may have had a new idea or you wanted to buy a different pair of jeans then the other kids were wearing. You may have tried to share you idea or may have bought those new pair of jeans and you were turned Down. You were turned down or felt rejection, Why? Why did these kids choose to treat you this way? It was because you did something different and they didn't like it and you said something that was different and they didn't like what you said.

You're probably wondering What In The World Does THIS Have to Do with Me and Network Marketing?! Believe it or not this has A LOT to do with your business. One of the Biggest reasons for Failure is because of Fear. Wow, Fear. It sounds so simple, but it's that fear of being Rejected and not fitting in. Can you imagine how many millions maybe billions of people that didn't pursure their dreams because someone told them it was a bad idea, look at some of the world famous inventers that had a vision and they kept working towards it no matter what their peers told them. They worked at it UNTIL they reached their goals.

So to review, don't be afraid to be different. Just because you believe in something and others don't, it doesn't mean that it's wrong or that it's not possible. Just do what you got to do to get the job done.

And I just want to say YES, You deserve it!! I appreciate you : )

You will Not Make Millions Being in the NFL


We all know that if you want to build an organization with our businesses we got to have people to talk to. And this is something that you continue to do. You make continuous steps needed to grow the business.

But! What do you do when you've contacted your warm market, which is your family and friends. You've also been working in your cold market and this is known as people that you don't know. So if you're a part of the NFL group, "No Friends Left" then what do you do?

A lot of people are looking at marketing online. So let's say you are getting started and lets say you want to focus on Facebook. There are billions of people on Facebook. So you get started and you're making a lot of friends and the first thing you do, which is what you've been taught to do and that is- talk about your Product or Opportunity.

Now think about it- if you're family and friends weren't interested in what you were offering and also strangers weren't interested, what makes you think you going online and doing the Same thing will be any different??

So, is there another option? Of course there is and guess what? IT'S SO MUCH EASIER! Do you like things to be simple? I do, why not get plugged into a proven and duplicatable system and receive unlimited free training to help you get started and even Continue to train you whenever you need help. And we will teach you step by step to do the same. Now that is a system and there is no motive, no adjenda.

Are you Moving Forward or Staying the Same?

Chapter 9 of 'Think and Grow Rich' is about Persistance. Dr. Hill says that lack of persistance is the main reason for failure. Makes you wonder why. We could be offered the best opportunity in the world and we can be excited about it and then we loose focus and we don't believe in ourselves and we Quit...

People are natural quitters. Think about it we quit everything: our job, our marriage, the local bowling team, we quit saving money. It can be whatever, but we as humans are natural quitters. What can we do to overcome this?

Dr. Hill talks about the fine example of Henry Ford. We all know Henry Ford created the car, this didn't happen with one try, it took persistance and will power to help him take one step at a time until he reached the success he wanted. He did not stop. He set a goal and made a plan and continued to work towards it.

Also we know that Riches do not respond to Wishes, however they do respond to Plans. So what's the Plan? You have to have the following things to help you create a habit and help you mastery over fear discouragment, and wanting to quit:

* A purpose backed by burning a burning desire.
* A plan with continuous
* Clear your mind of ALL negative energy and comments

Are You Working Too Hard?

Why are 98% of networkers failing?

One of the things I thought of is What are Your numbers? What am I talking about?

I am talking about how many people do you need in your organization to make 10k a month? Usually the first couple of years in our business is the Hardest time in our business. During this time we may want to quit. Personal development is Huge during this time. Staying connected with people who believe in what you are doing. Talk with people who want you to succeed. Stay away from the ones that don't. Most people don't understand mlm so stay away from them, they are not going to help you. Find a mastermind group and share ideas and comments with them.

Ok back to the 10k question. The reason this is SO important is you want to know How Hard you are going to have to work. Most people do not understand their comp. plans. They are usually very difficult to understand.

I was in a skincare company about a year ago and I was very serious about building an organization and receiving a residual income. I had asked how may people I would need in my downline to create $1000. a month. My upline could not amswer this question but replied that it would take a lot! Finally I asked so much that she asked her upline to present a discussion about this. So we had a group meeting and our group leader was in the front of the room with a dry erase board writing down formulas and circles. I am no math expert but I can normally understand numbers ok. But at the end of this presentation I did not understand it AT ALL. They actually confused me more. Why couldn't they just TELL ME the straight up numbers? All I asked for was a number of how many distibutors I would need to make $1000. a month. I never got that answer UNTIL I got educated with Mentoring For Free. They helped me evaluate my comp plan with this skincare company. I found out that I would make only 5% on each distributor. That means if someone is on an autoship each month and they spend apx $100. dollars that I would make 5% of that shich is about $5. dollars. That means if I wanted to make $1000. dollars a month I would need apx. 200 active distributors all on autoship each month.
I then go to thinking that my goal of $10k a month I would need about 2000 active distributors. I learned by these numbers that the business model for this company was using a model called new-school model which means you need apx. 2000-3000 active distributors to make 10k a month. I started doing some research and I found out there was a model called the Next Generation Model. That means you ONLY need apx 500-1500 active distributors to make 10k a month! Wow!!

I knew I wanted to be a part of a Next Generation Model, because why would I set myself up to work much harder that I could in a different company. It doesn't make sense. So I have set myself up for the best Success Possible.

Follow the Leader!

Today I want to continue the discussion on Leadership. Some of us want to lead and some want to follow. I'll be the first to tell you that I am still following. I have many mentors that I watch and accept guidance from them. But at the same time, I am learning to Lead.
At first this was difficult for me because I was unsure of myself. I wasn't confident. But with time and personal development I am learning that I am able to lead. You see I am 23 and everyone in my group is older, so it took me some time to realize that this matter didn't affect my group. We all have a strong relationship, they trust me. They see me building and working the business and they see me having success. I believe this has helped them create belief in me.

The funny thing is that when I duplicate, I gain more confidence within myself. You know the first couple of years I struggled in this business. At the time I thought I was using the right "system" of contacting family and friends. But I wasn't bringing anyone into the business. I am sure I looked like a desperate person trying to get anyone into my opportunity. So after some time I started doubting myself and what I was capable of. Finally I was introduced to Mentoring for Free and the 'Success in 10 Steps' ebook. After sometime I realized in wasn't my fault.

Wow! It wasn't my fault! Here it is about a year later, and I am still very happy with Mentoring for Free. I have found some strong leaders who have a servants heart and want me and my group to succeed. I am growing into the leader and person I want to be. I want to help as many people as I can.
